This our creative-school–playground arm of our practice and we’re here because we have spent years working in in-house creative teams, and have lived the daily grind and found that what we are passionate about is keeping the creative passion alive within those teams. Our experience over years has helped us find ways to make it feel fresh again, make the rudimentary exploratory, unblock creative doors and let communciation and encouragement flow easier within teams. The more we water and nourish and support our teams, especially the creatives ones, the bigger and more beautiful flowers they are able to grow, the fresher it feels and the sturdier the roots become. Let’s flourish together.

MEGAN BALDWIN
MEET THE CREATORS
Maria is a multidisciplinary creative, art director and photographer with a decade of experience leading in-house creative teams and producing brand campaigns that hit hard and feel human. She lives for storytelling, pushing artistic vision, and making beautiful things that work. Fluent in visual + translation, intuition, and getting it done.
Megan is a strategist and creative director with a background in brand development, copy, and creative consulting. She specializes in connecting dots others overlook—turning vision into structure and chaos into clarity. She's here for the big picture and the bold pivot. Megan has a substack called MomFriends.
Together, they build workshops that cut through the static and get teams thinking again.
Megan and Maria met way back when at a creative residency at 72 and Sunny in LA. They first actually met at a restaurant called Sisters in Brooklyn, where they were living at the time. They have both developed and grown career-wise over the years, but have continually been creatively connected and expanding one another through ideas, projects and inspiration. They are both moms too, so they know whats up in a world that demands a lot of us from every angle. They love it all and want more passion more energy more creative clarity and growth for all! <3
